The software will help you better manage your events and in the process, help you save time. It is user friendly and lets you have full control on all your events, and empowers you to control the behind the scenes of your wedding.

2. How is wedding planning software better than hiring a wedding planner?

It is much better than hiring a wedding planner because it helps you stay on budget and avoid the uncertainties with wedding planners in terms of cost, time management and best arrangements in place on D-Day.

3. What kind of support and training will you provide with the software?

Every client is assigned a team member to provide personalized attention. This team member will have intricate understanding of the software and will be trained to pass on that knowledge to our valuable clients. There are no time-bound constraints for training and support. The assigned team member will be there with you to ensure your wedding plan is delivered to perfection.

4. Can I run the software on multiple computers and have different users?

Yes! The software can be accessed from any location with mobile compatibility to help you use the software anytime and anywhere. Multiple users can have an access simultaneously and this access can be controlled via one super user.

5. Is Shaadi-e-Khas compatible with multiple operating systems (Window, Linux, MAC) and different browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)?

Yes! It is compatible with all operating systems and browsers.

6. Can I buy the wedding website separate/individually from the planning software?

We do not offer the website separate from the planning software. The wedding web site and planning software are sold together since the two products are integrated. The RSVP section of your web site is linked directly to your planning software account.

7. Can the software be renewed after the subscription is over?

No. The subscription is available per wedding. The account expires after a particular time period depending upon the package that you have bought.

8. I am not comfortable with the internet or computers. Can I still use this software to manage a wedding?

Yes! The software is extremely user-friendly and more so, we will provide you adequate training and support to manage the wedding.

9. What are the different payment options?

The payment can be made online via credit card or through direct bank transfers.The payment can be made online via credit card, cash/cheque and online bank transfer (NEFT).

10. Are credit card payments safe?

Yes. We are using secured layer of globally accepted PAYPAL to process your credit card and more importantly we never store any of your credit card details anywhere.

11. Can the account be used by different members of the family?

Yes. The software can be used by different family members by sharing the username and password.

12. Is there a limit to the number of photographs and videos that you can upload?

No. Go ahead and upload as many numbers of videos and photographs that you want to.

13. Is the data protected and secured?

Your data is protected on our highly secure servers and is continuously backed up to prevent data loss.
